Thank you for supporting Material Response. Please note that all pieces are upcycled and therefore are subject to minor signs of wear which are part of their character and story. We hope you will love your purchase, but if you don’t we can offer a full refund as long as you let us know within 14-days. Return postage fees will be covered by the buyer (unless the item is defective) and a refund will only be processed once the item has arrived back with us and has been inspected to check for any damage that wasn’t there prior to dispatch. Material Response will cover the return postage costs if you would like your refund in the form of store-credit.

 

For custom-made or customised pieces, refunds are only possible if the item is defective. If you have bought a customised piece and have changed your mind, please get in touch – if we think we can still sell the item, we may be able to offer a refund on a goodwill, store-credit basis.

 

If you love your purchase but require sizing adjustments, we would love to resolve this with you and are happy to fit/resize pieces (jumpers, jeans, Tees), with each party covering their side of the postage. We recommend that you order slightly oversize if unsure about sizes as it is easier to make pieces smaller than bigger.
